The competition was run by Loughborough Bellfoundry Trust alongside an ongoing restoration project. The brief called for a celebration of Bellfoundry House, which stood on the foundry grounds until the 1970s. Our interpretation focused on the history of the house's construction and of the generations of the Taylor family who lived there and ran the foundry. A height-scaleĀ of the foundry's notable bells and a 'find the bell' game add interactive elements appealing to younger visitors.
